A new park has sprouted

A new park has sprouted in the Northern Beaches! Treetops Adventure St Ives is officially open! 

With the new courses all checked, safety equipment stocked and hung, and the shiny coffee machine warmed up, the team were ready and waiting to welcome our first tree toppers.  

Kicking off with a top-notch showing at our special VIP-day, on Saturday 13th November, over 120 family and friends came together to try out the new aerial obstacles, helped put the tree team through their paces and celebrate this exciting new achievement. 

Jessica Martin, our St Ives Park Manager, is an experienced, long-time team member of Treetops, having previously worked at The Hills and Western Sydney locations. Working closely with,  Assistant Park Manager, Sam, who has previous working experience at Wild Ropes – Taronga Zoo, and their new team, our newest Tree Team is a great extension of the family tree! 

Our official Opening Day to the public was Sunday the 14th of November and all sessions were fully booked! 

We received a welcome reception from both returning customers of our other locations and new local families, all expressing their enthusiasm to have an outdoor activity amongst the “Northern Beaches”!  The feedback received from our visitors was that courses were quite challenging, included a vast variety of engaging and fun activities, and weren’t too high – a benefit for those who enjoy the activity without the soaring heights at other Treetops Adventure locations. 

The convenience of the location was also a main highlight, being within the St Ives showgrounds and only 30 minutes from Sydney CBD. St Ives Showgrounds includes playgrounds, picnic areas and barbeque facilities as well as other amenities that families can easily utilise whilst onsite. 

A special mention to Nicolas Dansin (Treetops Adventure General Manager), John O’Sullivan and Owen Kemp (CEO & CFO of Experience Co), Jill Collins & Katie Cahill (from Barking Owl Communications),  and the wider Experience Co Team who came to support the opening and join in on the high-flying fun! 

Treetops Adventure St Ives is the 14th location, and the eighth tree ropes course park in New South Wales. It is open 7 days a week, Mon– Fri 10am – 5pm, Sat-Sun 9am – 5pm. Closed on Christmas & News Years Day.
