How Gift Vouchers work?
Gift Vouchers can be applied towards any of our experiences and ticket type!
The vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and are applicable for a single redemption only. See our full Gift Voucher terms and conditions here.
How to purchase a voucher
- Select Location and click Buy Now
- Select Gift Voucher Type
– Shop by Value selecting a preset value
– Shop by Experience using the ticket value calculator. - Enter Recipient Details
- Go to Checkout or Add More to your cart
- Make Payment
- Check your Inbox or Junk Mail
How to redeem a voucher
- Visit our Booking Page and select location.
- Choose your experience and guests.
- Select your session time from the calendar
- Enter your Contact Details
- Add Voucher Code in the ‘Voucher/Promo’ field and click ‘Add’. Repeat step for multiple redemptions.
- Proceed to checkout, paying any remaining balance by credit card.
To redeem your voucher at another park, please contact the park you wish to attend and we’ll do the rest!
