WHO IS INCLUDED?

The family pass includes 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 – 15 years.

Why aren’t Junior tickets included in a Family Pass?

For the Ropes Courses, Juniors aged 3-7 years climb on separate courses, and there is no adult access onto this level. The Family discount does not apply to this ticket type, as an additional non-paying adult will need to supervise from the ground and is unable to participate.

What if my kids are in two age groups?

Junior Tickets can be added on as an additional ticket to the Family Discount.

*Please note for Hollybank park, the child age group is 8 – 17 years old, which is different from our other locations.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DOES THIS APPLY FOR?

The Family Pass can be used on any standard session at 14 different Treetops Adventure Park Locations.

There are four activities that the Family Discount will apply for, and three for which it does not.

Included;

  • Tree Rope Course (14 Locations)
  • Zipline Tours (Hollybank and Cape Tribulation)
  • Zipcoaster (Western Sydney)
  • Networld (Central Coast)

Not Included;

  • Segway Tour (Hollybank)
  • Mountain Bike Hire (Hollybank)
  • Next Level Maroochydore

What is a standard session?

  • Standard Session (2.5 hour) Tree Ropes Course climb
  • 2-hour or 2.5-hour Zipline Tour
  • 1 hr Zipcoaster Xpress
  • 2 hr Networld Session

Not applicable for Tree Ropes Birthday Packages, Express or Extended sessions.

ARE ADDITIONAL TICKETS CHARGED AT FULL PRICE?

Yes. Additional tickets are full price.

Next Level Maroochydore is not included in Family Discount at this time.

WHAT IF MY FAMILY GROUP IS LARGER THAN 4?

If your group does not exactly fit the 2 adults and 2 children are able to purchase additional tickets within the same booking.

GROUPS 10+

If you are making a booking for more than 10 people, our booking system will automatically recognise that you are eligible for the increased group booking discount of 10% and apply this automatically to your booking instead of the 5% Family Discount, making sure you get the highest discount available.

GROUPS 16+

When booking online and you have a group of more than 16 participants, your selections will be sent as a ‘Booking Request’ to the relevant park. Payment is not required at the time of sending a Booking Request.

Our Treetops Team will be in touch to confirm your booking and arrange payment.

CAN YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE FAMILY DISCOUNT TICKET AT ONE TIME?

Yes. You can book up to two Family Discount Tickets together when booking online. 

If you select three, the booking system will automatically ‘upgrade’ your booking to a Group Booking of 10+, in which you will receive the 10% off Group booking instead.

Please note: When booking online and you have a group of more than 16 participants, your selections will be sent as a ‘Booking Request’ to the relevant park. Payment is not required at the time of sending a Booking Request.

ARE CONCESSION TICKETS INCLUDED IN THE FAMILY DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately no. Concession tickets are not included in the Family Discount, as for the parameters of this discount, we were required to select only two ticket types for our booking system to process.

A standard Concession ticket will still receive a discount off a standard adult ticket when added to the booking additionally.

 

ARE YOU ABLE TO USE THE FAMILY DISCOUNT WITH COMBO TOURS?

If you are making a booking for two or more activities our booking system will automatically recognise that you are eligible for the increased  discount of 20% for two activities. It will request if you want to continue with your family booking discount, or if you would like the combination to apply instead.

ARE THERE ANY HEIGHT OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

Weight Requirements

Yes, we do have a maximum weight to participate. The courses are based on the age of the participant, and each participant must be of age to attempt the course.

Activity weight requirements are as follows:

  • Tree Ropes Courses – 120kg Max
  • Zipcoaster – Min 25kg- 120kg Max
  • Zipline Tour (Cape Tribulation) – 120kg Max
  • Zipline Tour (Hollybank) -130kg Max
  • Segway – 117kg Max

Height Recommendations

While we do not have a height requirement for participation, we recommend checking our minimum reaching height guide for each park. This will be a sign located at each Treetops Adventure Park Reception or Home Tree.

Reaching height measurements should be taken with flat feet on the ground to the middle of the palms, while arms are stretched up above the participant’s head.

If a participant’s reach is less than the minimum reaching height, we strongly recommend booking an additional person, who exceeds the minimum reaching height, to climb together and assist them on the course.

For the Junior courses, the additional person can only be another Junior. There is no adult access on these courses.

Height recommendations per course level are as follows. 

  •       Junior: 3-7 years old and 120cm tall
  •       Junior Pro : 3-7 years old and 120cm tall
  •       Beginner/Intermediate: 8 + years and 145 cm tall
  •       Advanced: 10 + years and 155 cm tall
  •       Expert: 13 + years and 170 cm tall
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

7 Days Prior: Fully paid upfront bookings can be rescheduled or fully refunded up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date. The final numbers and balance of your booking is due 7 days prior to your scheduled session date. Additional Guests are subject to availability. 

2-6 Days Prior: If booking cancellation occurs 2-6 days prior to your session date, you may reschedule your booking to a later date with a fee equivalent to 20% of the total value of your original booking. No refund applies for cancelled bookings. Booking credits will solely be issued if no alternative session date is available.

Within 48 hours: Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the session date will result in a 100% fee, with all tickets, including those of no-show Guests, being forfeited.

Personal Factors: Refunds or booking credits are not extended to Guests unable to complete the experience due to personal factors, such as changes of mind or confidence levels.

Weather policy: We are a most-weather activity. We reserve the right to reschedule due to factors beyond our control, such as thunderstorms and other unforeseen circumstances. The park will contact you if your session is affected.
