Do I have to book?
While we welcome last-minute adventurers, booking in advance is the best way to secure your spot – especially on weekends and school holidays when sessions fill up fast! Without a reservation, we can’t guarantee availability, so book online now!

Parent Supervision Disclaimer
For safety, younger participants require adult supervision. Some age groups need a participating adult (1 adult per 4 children) and the adult is required to purchase a ticket. If participation is not required, an adult must stay onsite and actively watch from the ground.

Where are you located?
Next Level High Ropes Adventure Park is located at Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Click here for our address on google maps.
If you’re within the Plaza, head towards Big W, and use the exit closest to Volcom/Little Sparrow. You’ll find us along the river (Cornmeal Promenade).
Is there parking on site?
Free parking up to 3-hours or when you spend over $150 at Sunshine Plaza. Simply show your confirmation email and receipts at a Plaza Information Desk to validate your parking ticket.
We recommend parking on the Purple multi-level carpark, or at the carpark as you enter Southern Drive opposite Good Guys Loading Dock (2min walk from our reception).
Is there a kiosk?
Sunshine Plaza has a great selection of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes.
Where are the toilets located?
Located a short stroll from reception in Sunshine Plaza
What is accessibility like?
Most pathways are paved and accessible for exploring with most prams and wheelchairs.
Are there entry fees?
Spectators have free entry. A ticket is required to participate.
Do you have BBQ or picnic areas?
There are no BBQs onsite. Picnic tables for general seating or hire are available, on our Viewing Platform (20m above ground, 110 steps up).
Can I refill my drink bottle?
Unfortunately, their is no running water at the park. We advise you to bring plenty of water for refills.
Can I bring my dog / pet?
No pets, except for service animals are permitted.
